This paper deals with the new distributional record of two species of marine Bivalvia in Bangladesh- <em>Tellinides timorensis</em> Lamarck, 1818 and <em>Vepricardium coronatum</em> (Schröter, 1786) belonging to the family Tellinidae and Cardiidae respectively.
